Cost Advice have teamed up with Together Housing to establish and operate a Procurement Act 2023 electricity, gas and water framework, providing public bodies with an easy, competitive and compliant route to market for their energy purchasing.

How do public bodies access the framework?
Simply contact Cost Advice on 0800 040 70 90 or email enquiries@costadvice.co.uk and speak to one of our experienced energy account managers.
We will assist you with creating a compliant tender via the framework, establishing assessment and award criteria, and selecting the winning supplier.
You do NOT have to be a housing association to utilise the framework.
What other services will we receive?
Public bodies will also receive the ongoing services from Cost Advice which includes dedicated account management, query resolution, and invoice verification*.
*invoice verification may attract an additional cost. This can be discussed with your account manager.
