Voids can be expensive, and energy costs can mount up quickly.  It is estimated that each void takes 4.4 hours on average to resolve on the energy side; chasing bills, topping up meters, clearing debt etc.  This is a staff cost of £31.76, together with energy costs to complete void works, generally about £10 per meter.  Already, the void has cost nearly £50.  There is a much cheaper way.
