Terri is a Senior account manager having previously managed our bespoke Invoice Verification system; ERIC, a vital part of our business, ensuring that all clients’ invoices are correct and that any problems are solved promptly and accurately. This experience provides Terri with an excellent ability for attention to detail on customer accounts, able to identify and correct issues that many competitors may not even notice.
Prior to joining CostAdvice, Terri worked within the Retail Industry for over 11 years, in a variety of roles gaining excellent customer service skills, organisational and people management skills. This has enabled Terri to become very flexible in her current role, able to understand and respect the responsibilities of all staff members.

Outside of work Terri enjoys socialising with friends and family, day trips out and loves nothing more than watching a good film with a glass of wine.
Since a young age Terri fell in love with the Cornish countryside and likes to spend most holidays walking along the rural coastline and stopping off at local Cornish cafes’s for a clotted cream scone and a cool glass of traditional Cornish cider.
