Stephen Ball


Stephen manages marketing, strategy, and client management, and is responsible for the overall growth and success of CostAdvice alongside Chris.

He is in charge of ensuring quality customer service from all account managers within the company, analysis of industry and market data and the overall client management within CostAdvice.


Problem solving: “There’s nothing better than taking a problem away from a customer, solving it, and making sure it never happens again.”


Stephen loves spending time with his wife and his two young sons. As a keen skier and snowboarder he can’t wait for his sons to grow up a little before heading off to the French Alps and strapping some skis on them.

Although a poor golfer by his own admissions, he still enjoys trudging round a golf course whenever he can. By evening, Stephen loves to settle in with a good film, good food, a few beers and company of good friends.
