Charlotte manages a broad range of clients, from single site entities such as local farms, to large, multisite national organisations. They all have very different needs and requirements and present a wide array of challenges, however it is Charlotte’s responsibility to analyse each situation in order to meet the individual specifications of each client.
Prior to joining CostAdvice in 2010, Charlotte gained a degree in Business and Accounting from Sheffield Hallam University. During this time, she acquired many skills which have proven extremely beneficial when dealing with the often complex and arduous queries which arise on a daily basis.
Organisation: “Without the ability to successfully organise your portfolio, and manage your time, you will be unable to provide the high level of service our clients have come to expect. Having the ability to follow a clear, structured schedule, ensures that I meet, and often exceed the service requirements for each individual situation.”
In her spare time Charlotte enjoys socialising with friends, and spending time with her young nephew.
She also enjoys watching and participating in many different sports, in particular tennis, badminton, pretty much anything which involves a racquet!
