Daniel manages a large variety of multi and single site accounts, ranging from Housing Associations to businesses within the manufacturing sector. All of Daniels clients receive the same high level of customer service and attention to detail with every requirement, be it a simple query or a large multi-site tender.
Prior to joining CostAdvice Daniel worked in retail management for almost 10 years, in a variety of different locations across the country. This role offered Daniel the opportunity in dealing with customers and suppliers, refining organisational skills, and gaining new skills allowing him to offer the best possible service to clients within his portfolio.
Ability to adapt: “I enjoy having a large variety of clients within my portfolio, and have to deal with a wide range of queries on a daily basis. These queries can range from a meter reading to the installation of a new gas service. I feel confident to be able to offer immediate and ongoing assistance with any query that may arise, adapting the skills I have gained within this role to ensure any problem is resolved quickly and to the best possible outcome for my client.”
Daniel enjoys long distance travelling with his wife, and enjoys nothing more than visiting new cities and destinations. Daniel is very close with his extended family and always finds time to visit them, even though they all live at different ends of the Country.
With a close group of friends Daniel enjoys socialising on a regular basis and being able to follow a number of different sports including football, American football, cricket, golf, motor sport and pretty much anything else on Sky Sports.
